ThinkaBit is an educational app that teaches children ages 7-12 about artificial intelligence through fun, interactive lessons. Kids explore 5 worlds covering algorithms, data, ethics, cybersecurity, and deepfakes — guided by Sparky, their AI learning buddy.

ThinkaBit is designed for children ages 7-12. Content is calibrated by age to ensure it's engaging and appropriate. A parent or guardian must create the account and provide consent before a child can use the app.

ThinkaBit has a free tier (1 child profile, the daily learning loop, and a few AI creations to try). Full access — all worlds and lessons, up to 5 child profiles, and daily AI creations — comes with a Family subscription: $5.99/month or $39.99/year (save 44%), each starting with a 7-day free trial.

Download ThinkaBit from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and follow the onboarding flow: verify you're a parent (age gate), create your account, consent to data collection, set up your child's profile, choose a PIN, and pick a Sparky companion. It takes about 2 minutes.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel: on iOS, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ThinkaBit → Cancel. On Android, open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → ThinkaBit → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. ThinkaBit is fully COPPA-compliant. We collect only the minimum data needed, encrypt everything, never show ads, never sell data, and give parents full control. Parents can view, export, or delete all data through the Parent Dashboard. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

We collect only: a display name (nickname, not real name), age (for content calibration), learning progress, scores, and creative projects. We do NOT collect real names, birthdate, location, photos, device IDs, or any advertising data. See our Privacy Policy for the complete list.

Open the Parent Dashboard (requires your PIN), go to your child's profile, and tap 'Delete Profile'. This permanently removes all of your child's data. You can also delete your entire account and all data by contacting us at the email below.

The Parent PIN is a 4-digit code you set during onboarding. It protects the Parent Dashboard, settings, and subscription management from children. The PIN is hashed with SHA-256 and never stored in plain text.

Yes! Your account syncs across all devices. Just sign in with the same account on any iOS or Android device, and your child's progress, scores, and inventory will be there.

They're ThinkaBit's three characters! Sparky is the main AI learning buddy — a curious, clumsy robot. Glitch is a mischievous bug who represents AI errors and bias. Professor Pixel is a wise owl mentor who provides 'Did you know?' facts. Together, they make learning fun and memorable.
